The Chi-Netix Home Exercise Program is a 4-week program in which you learn home-training exercises,
nutritional guidelines and de-stress techniques. Group classes are held twice a week for an hour
each. There will be no more than 4 people in a group. This is perfect if you want to learn how to
keep healthy on your own. You will receive a manual, exercise log book and food diary to help you
take control of your own health.
